Framework for Risk Assessment Training Workshop Summary
This publication describes a key feature of these workshops, which was the use of country-specific data and case studies to illustrate to participants how to conduct a risk assessment for chemicals (pesticides, additives, mycotoxins) or for microbial pathogens of particular interest to them. Some workshops included hands-on training in both microbial and chemical risk assessment.
